We didn't start with code. We started with how insurance distribution actually breaks.

Before a single line was written, we mapped the full commercial and technical reality the platform had to operate in: how the broker's sales process works, where prospects drop off in traditional flows, what each insurer's API architecture looks like, and how to connect a client-facing product to a back office that wasn't built for digital-first operations.

The result was a complete product blueprint covering user flows, integration architecture, data models and process design, that gave the broker a clear and executable path from concept to live platform. Every subsequent decision had a documented rationale tied to a commercial outcome, not a technical preference.

The platform was designed to meet EU Accessibility Act requirements, WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 ,from the first design decision, not retrofitted after launch. An inaccessible insurance platform structurally excludes a portion of the SME market. Accessibility was treated as a distribution requirement, not a compliance checkbox.
